Q: What is the leading time of production?
A: Normally it need about 7-20 working days after receiving deposit. However, it also depends on the order quantity, the time of design confirm, and the workshop production schedule. Usually at the end of year, workshop is always very busy and leading time may be longer than normal time. So, it’s better to customers to confirm the order as early as possible at Oct, Nov, or Dec each year.
Q: What is the warranty period of your products?
A: Our inflatable product warranty period is 2 years usually. And the inflatables come with a repair kit, in case there is any damage caused by sharp items, customer can repair it by patch and glue.
